Eweka, Ngozi, Amya, and Alisha heard this and decided to help.
Eweka who is the boldest decided that they should go to the tallest tree in the jungle.
The Journey to the Festival of Masks

In a village nestled between rolling hills and lush forests, a young man named Dayo was filled with excitement and anticipation. Every year, his village celebrated the Festival of Masks, a vibrant and colourful event that drew people from far and wide. This year, Dayo had been chosen to represent his village, a great honour and responsibility.

Days passed, and the special talking drum was nowhere to be found. People began to suspect it had been stolen.
One day, the king made an announcement:
“Whoever finds the great talking drum will receive free food for a week!” he exclaimed.
Everyone in the village was poor, so the promise of food sent the entire town into a frenzy. Among the crowd, a brave group of kids: Ojo, Amara, and Deji decided to search for it.

The Firewood That Wouldn’t Burn

They were all very, very cold and they needed some warmth. So Grandpa decided to go and fetch some firewood to start a fire. When the drum went missing everyone began to panic. “What will we do without the drum?” shouted one person. “The celebration is now going to be ruined!” shrieked a lady.
